If you wish to return your order, contact us at support@sparkly.shop to request a return. Please include your name, order number, and the item(s) you are returning. Once reviewed, we’ll email you the instructions, and when we receive the package, upon review, you can expect the refund within 3-5 days.

Note: Items that were obviously significantly used cannot be returned.

 

CANCELLING / CHANGING YOUR ORDER

 

Please email Customer Service at support@sparkly.shop to cancel or change an order that is in Pending status. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order that is in Processing status.

 

REFUND

 

In the unlikely event that any item in your order is missing, incorrect, or damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@sparkly.shop. Also, please include all the information, such as your order number and your name, and we’ll be happy to process and issue a refund within 3-5 days.
