I haven’t received my order!

If your package hasn’t been delivered after the time listed on the product page, please send an email with all the details to [email protected] – we’ll track your package and get back to you ASAP.

What if I order multiple products with different estimated delivery times?

No problem at all – you’ll still receive each of the products within the expected delivery time, even if we have to send all of them separately.

Can I track my order?

Depending on where you’re from, in some cases we can provide you with a tracking code and instructions on tracking your order. But in most cases, you’ll need to contact us – we’ll track it down and keep you updated.

I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, that’s not possible. After an order comes through, it goes directly to our team in fulfillment to start getting packed-up and on its way to you. Very rarely, if you reach out to us within about an hour of placing that order and production happens to be a bit slower, we can catch your order before that process gets started. But typically, that’s not going to be an option. That’s why we always recommend that you do not place an order if you have any doubts.

Free shipping? Are there any hidden costs?

No worries – there are no hidden costs, no catch – you only pay the price you see on the website.

Is it safe to pay by credit card?

It’s perfectly safe to use your credit card on our website. We use a secure checkout with an SSL certificate to encrypt all of your personal information, and we never store your credit card info. The payments are processed by Paypal, a company that serves millions of businesses worldwide.

Can you mark my package as a Gift or list a lower total so that I don’t have to pay customs/duties fees?

Unfortunately, that’s not possible.
